Rondebosch Golf Course: Klipfontein
Road, Rondebosch East, Cape Town. 10 minutes from the city centre and
with magnificent views of Devil’s Peak and Table Mountain.
Milnerton Golf Course is an 18-hole,
par 72 seaside course situated in a leafy suburb just 10 minutes north
of Cape Town.

GEORGE GOLF COURSE
C.J. Langenhoven Street, George. Nestled
in the foothills of the magnificent Outeniqua Mountains, George Country
Club has for many years maintained a worthy rating amongst the top ten
golf courses in South Africa. Currently rated the 7th in the country,
some rate it as the best in the Southern Cape.
17th Avenue, Mossel Bay. The golf
club is situated above a peninsular that just out into the Indian Ocean
with terrain that is densely vegetated and undulating. The course is
invariably in good condition and is mostly green all yea round.
Howard Street, Knysna. This course
is probably the only golf course in South Africa which can boast holes
that are bellow sea level. It is situated close to the famous and very
beautiful Knysna Heads, as well as the Knysna Lagoon
Situated in the Little Karoo, the
par-72, 6 210-metres. The dam is part of a nature reserve which forms
part of the course and adds to the enjoyment of round here. Scrubs and
rocks ensure that the rough is particularly punishing, but on the credit
side the greens run smoothly and consistently.
Approximately 1½ hour from
Kruger National Park the golf course meanders gently through a valley.
The golf course was designed by Gary Player 25 years ago as a 9-hole
course and later and later revamped to a 10-hole layout.
A must to play when visiting this
outstanding area and the busiest golf course in the region. The course
offers all ingenious Lowveld trees and over 256 different species of
birds.
Rated among the top 10 courses in
